LESSON 02 / 07

Give the right visitor a reason to explore.

Connect the customer’s need to a product they can recognize.

Begin with the setting

A visitor may want shade for dining, a separate workspace, or protection for a vehicle. Name that situation before introducing the software controls. A relevant image and a clear product description make the next action easier to understand.

Keep the promise consistent

The campaign, landing page, and configuration journey should describe the same product. Avoid promoting an option that is unavailable in the experience or showing a price without the assumptions needed to interpret it.

Plan measurement deliberately

Define the action you want to observe before adding tools. A useful brief may matter more than a page view. Discuss privacy, consent, and the production measurement setup as part of implementation.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

Does your first message explain the product and who it suits?

Discuss this with a product specialist and a salesperson. Write down one decision your team can agree on before moving to the next lesson.
