Ask what a site photo needs to explain.
A useful request connects the image to a specific product question.

Start with the missing fact
Before asking for an image, identify what your team needs to understand. The entrance route, proposed location, or relationship to a building can prompt different requests. A focused explanation gives the customer a reason to provide relevant context.
Keep the request proportionate
Collect only the context needed for the current conversation through your agreed process. Explain the intended use of the information. A photo can support discussion, but it does not replace the measurements or checks your product and installation teams require.
Attach the question to the brief
The receiving team should see why the image was requested and what remains unconfirmed. If the proposed arrangement changes, revisit the question instead of assuming the earlier image answers it. Keep responsibility for the next review clear.
One useful question.
Look at a recent request for a site image. Does it explain the question the image will help answer?
